Context
Mind Architect is a podcast with more than 20 million listens, plus premium content, an online academy and development programmes. Before the rebuild, all of it lived on three separate WordPress sites. Every new page needed a developer, and the brand looked slightly different on each site.
What I built
A custom design system, translated one to one into 43 Gutenberg blocks. The editor has guardrails, so the team can build any page and the brand stays intact.
All 219 podcast episodes sync automatically with Spotify, YouTube and Apple Podcasts. The three WordPress installs were merged into one, with no data lost and every old URL redirected.
Result
The team now builds new landing pages on its own, without waiting for a developer. The new site is 40% faster than the old one and scores 100 out of 100 for SEO.
