Campaign & landing page systems

Launch campaign pages in days, not sprints.

A page system your marketing team updates on its own: new visual, new rules, new dates, new partner, from the admin. I build the system once and step in only when the logic changes.

Why people come to me

Four campaigns a month, and one developer if you're lucky.

  • The visual is ready on Monday, the page goes live on Friday. Because every change goes through a ticket, a queue and someone who has never seen the campaign.

  • Every landing page is a new project. Different code, different tracking, different bugs, and the last one nobody remembers how to edit.

  • The design is approved in Figma. Building it is nobody's job yet.

The deliverable

One system. Every campaign after that takes an afternoon.

  • Campaign templates built on your brand. Hero, mechanics, rules, FAQ, partner block, countdown, closing state. Your team picks a template, or duplicates a past campaign, and fills it in.
  • Editable from the admin, without breaking anything. Key visual, copy, dates, terms link, partner logos, form fields. Locked layout, free content.
  • Forms that hold. Validation, anti-spam, consent, confirmation emails, lead routing to the right mailbox or CRM per campaign.
  • Tracking done once, right. GTM, Analytics, pixels, UTM capture, consent management. Every new page inherits it.
  • Multi-country when you need it. Same system, separate sites and languages, one place to maintain.
  • Fast by default. Core Web Vitals green on mobile, images sized, no plugin bloat. Campaign traffic arrives in spikes; the pages are built for that.

Process

Four steps to a system your team owns.

  1. 1

    Campaign audit

    Week 1

I look at your last ten campaigns and map what repeats: sections, forms, rules, partners, tracking. That becomes the template set.

  2. 2

    Design system and templates

    Weeks 2 to 3

Templates in Figma on your brand tokens. You approve the set, not each page.

  3. 3

    Build and first campaign

    Weeks 4 to 6

The system goes live with your next real campaign, not a demo. Your team publishes it with me watching.

  4. 4

    Handover

    Week 7

One-hour training, a short manual, and a retainer if you want me around for new mechanics.

Pricing

Pay once for the system. Then campaigns cost you an afternoon.

Campaign system

€6,000 to €15,000

Fixed after the audit. What moves the number: number of templates, form complexity, CRM integrations, countries and languages.

  • Retainer

    from €600 a month

For new mechanics, partner integrations and anything that isn't a content change.

  • Single landing page, no system

    from €1,500

If you only need one. I'll tell you honestly when a system isn't worth it yet.

Payment per milestone. Prices in EUR. No VAT is added.

I’ve built and maintained campaign systems for OLX Group’s marketing teams since 2018. The same person who designed the templates still answers when a new mechanic comes up.

Frequently asked

Will our team really be able to update pages without a developer?

Yes, that’s the point of a locked layout with editable content. If they can use a document editor, they can publish a campaign. Training is included and takes an hour.

We use HubSpot / Salesforce / a custom CRM.

Leads route per campaign to wherever you need them, by API or webhook. Routing rules live in the admin, not in code.

Can it run on our existing WordPress?

Usually yes, as a separate theme or a dedicated subdomain. If the current site is too fragile, I’ll say so and propose a clean install.

What about our agency's designs?

I build them. Send the Figma; I turn it into templates your team can reuse, and I tell the agency what’s editable so the next design fits the system.

How fast can a new campaign go live once the system exists?

Content-only changes: same day, by your team. New mechanic or partner integration: a few days, by me.

Send me your last three campaign pages.

I'll tell you what a system would look like and what it would cost, within two working days.
